Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates

Ingredients:
12 Pitted Dates
1 The Cheese Guy Goat Cheese with Garlic and Herb
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/4 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
Directions:
1. Stuff each date with 1 tablespoon of herbed goat cheese.
2. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped pecans.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
5. Place the stuffed dates in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
6. Drizzle the warm pecan butter over the baked dates. Garnish with pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately.
