Behind the scenes, I am one wild and cheesy guy with a journey that began in the specialty food world after earning my MBA from George Washington University in 1990. Yet, my entrepreneurial spirit traces back to junior-high and high-school days, where I successfully ran various local businesses. Hailing from the Midwest, the work ethic instilled in me by hard-working folks continues to inspire my support for small businesses and agripreneurship.

Partnering with family-owned dairy farms across the U.S., from Upstate NY to the ancient pastures of Israel, I've cultivated a network that shares my passion for quality. As my cheese empire expands, so does my enthusiasm. And no matter how cheesy it may sound, I embrace it wholeheartedly!
