Honey Whipped Brie Bites

Ingredients:
1 The Cheese Guy French Brie
2 tbsp Honey
Dried Figs
½ cup Red Wine
4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
4 Sheets Phyllo dough
1 tbsp per muffin cup butter
Directions:
1. Whip the The Cheese Guy French Brie with 2 tablespoons of honey and place it in a piping bag.
2. Cook the dried figs in 1/2 cup of red wine and 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar until the mixture becomes syrupy.
3. Cut 4 sheets of phyllo dough into small squares.
4. Place 1 tablespoon of butter into each muffin cup.
5. Layer the phyllo squares in the muffin cups, brushing each layer with butter.
6. Pipe the whipped Brie into the cooked phyllo cups.
7. Top with the cooked figs and a drizzle of the fig syrup.
