10 minute Garlic Brie Pasta

Ingredients:

For the pasta:

Pasta (your choice, such as penne, spaghetti, or fettuccine)
Salt

For the Brie and Garlic:

Brie Cheese
Garlic Cloves
Red Chilli Flakes
Fresh Parsley
Parmesan Cheese (for grating)

 

 

 

Directions:

1. Cook pasta in very salty water until Al dente.
2. Cut the top layer of rind off the Brie and bake on 350 until melted.
3. Add 1 cloves of garlic, 2 tsp chili flakes, and small handful of chopped parsley.
4. When the pasta is finished add it to your Brie and garlic mixture.
5. Garnish with grated Parmesan when ready to serve.
