Yonkers 'Cheese Guy' starts home delivery for Passover
It started — as life does now — with a Zoom call. Brent Delman, a cheesemaker, distributor and educator in Yonkers who, for the past 15 years, has gone by "The Cheese Guy," was in a virtual meeting with the White Plains-based Westchester Torah Academy where his son is a student when talk turned to the coronavirus outbreak in New Rochelle.
