The Craft:  Buttery aroma and a smooth, sweet, creamy indulgence. More full flavored "cheddar-y" bite than other havartis. Danish style cheese crafted by The Cheese Guy in Wisconsin. Pairs well The Cheese Guy rustic Italian classic crackers and tart apples. Melt over low heat to blend into sauces, casseroles or mac n cheese.
