I love The Cheese Guy cheeses, their customer service, and Brent's expertise and dedication to creating quality, authentic kosher/vegetarian products for those of us who would otherwise be limited to American cheese and mozzarella. Becoming Chalav Yisrael made it that much more challenging to find the cheeses I loved, and recreate foods I tried when traveling abroad. By default, I now always google or contact TCG directly to see what they have, and I'm never disappointed! From aligot to pao de queijo to an above average cheeseboard, I am always covered!

The Cheese Guy has maybe the only kosher cheese on the market that is consistently high quality and tastes like REAL CHEESE. It’s obvious that the folks who head the Cheese Guy are passionate about what they do and are dedicated to deliciousness :) just bought their combination of paneer & halloumi for a saag paneer I wanted to make - never thought I’d be able to cook Indian food with paneer but Cheese Guy proved me wrong! The Panoumi tastes like any paneer you’d get at a non-kosher Indian restaurant. Sooo yum. Thank you Cheese Guy!!

First off I want to say how much my family and I love The Cheese Guy products!! 2 of my son's and I love going to the store on Fridays and picking out a new cheese to try. Our new top favorite is the Caerphilly...although we have no idea how to pronounce it 😄 And no joke.. dinner tonight is your mushroom and truffle ravioli which is literally the best kosher product to hit the market in years!!

Oh my oh my....... just when I thought nothing!!! could be better than your Brie................ along comes the creamiest.... smoothest... tastiest Camembert!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can I choose????? Buy both of course.............. And for those on low-carb diets... creamy brie or camembert..on sliced apples... filling too

I've been eating The Cheese Guy cheeses for years now and they're the only reliable, high quality kosher cheesemonger in the USA. They also care about the customers and understand what most kosher-observant Jews are missing out on. I recently reached out to them looking for some comté, and while they didn't have comté, they were able to point me to a cheese that most closely met my needs. Any other kosher cheese supplier would have looked at me crosseyed.
