The Craft: Journey into the heart of small Amish farms with our Gouda, where cows roam freely in pastures throughout their grazing season. The Cheese Guy gouda is aged for 3-4 months, has buttery, sweet, and nutty flavors and a creamy, soft texture. 

Try melting it in a grilled cheese sandwich with carmelized onions, crusty sourdough bread and whole grain mustard. 

Pairing: Enjoy with Oak-Aged Chardonnay Wine or Pilsner Beer
