The Craft: Enjoy the light, smoky, buttery, sweet, and nutty notes and soft texture. Made with milk from small Amish farms in Ohio, it's one of the only all natural smoked/smoky cheeses on the market and kosher as well. Most "smoked cheeses" are processed cheeses and aren't actually smoked, (they're painted with liquid smoke). Ours comes from our own unique recipe, produced with smoked salt and accurately named "smoky gouda". Melt over a grilled veggie burger or in a smoky gouda potatoes au gratin.
