Our 2 yr aged parmesan is a delightful combination of sweet, savory and nutty flavors. Similar to the Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, many consider the natural golden brown exterior shell/rind to be the best part of our 2 yr parm. Besides grating the aged rind, the highly concentrated flavors make it ideal to add to simmering soups, risotto, beans, and pasta dishes for an extra kick of salty, cheesy flavor.Β
