The Craft: This full-bodied pecorino (sheep's milk cheese) al tartufo is from Sardinia, Italy and is studded with pieces of black Italian truffles. Our high protein, semi hard artisanal cheese offers a marriage of savory, rich creaminess from the sheep's milk, balanced by the earthy, musky essence and aromas of the truffles.
Shave over pasta or risotto or drizzle over it with a little Thistle honey.
